Prayer of Confession

A few days ago, I posted a blog reflecting on discipline and rebuke in the life of a believer referring you all to an article by Bob Kauflin. Today's post stems from another article by Kaulfin on Confession. When you find yourself in the presence of the Holy God and you are confessing your sins, what does your confession look like? What type of things should we confess? Do we confess our sins because we really see our wickedness or just because we know that the is what we are supposed to do?
